There were no dishes, I was a little disappointed.

Exceptionally clean and modern rooms complete with the bedroom as well as TV in couch lounge area. The breakfast is good, the staff keeps it stocked and fairly clean. The hotel has excellent staff.

The location of the hotel was nice, in temporary quarters. Moreover, it was right by good restaurants, and the Phoenix area. Booked a room with 2 beds. There were coffee and a seating area provided.

We were given impressive and perfect rooms with AZ, bedroom, great variety of choices. The location was magnificent - near Phoenix, and restaurants. Also, main attraction such as Hollyhock Pool was 1 mile from this hotel.

The rooms were absolutely fantastic, it was fairly clean and spacious venue. The personal was nice. The location couldn't be more marvellous and convenient in temporary quarters.

Sincerely, it was a very good stay for 5 nights. The room I booked was well-equipped and recently refurbished and provided with TV and AZ, for instance. The food was GREAT, had plenty of options.

We appreciated being in this property. Our room was modern and good-sized with the adjoining bedroom, personal comfort plus comfortable beds, just what we needed. The staff was very very helpful, doing great job. Besides, the location was exceptionally nice and excellent for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Surprise Park.

The hotel was in a comfortable location just next door to the ballpark, restaurant, and Phoenix area. I found there a wide array of restaurants to eat, like Wendy's that is only 10 minutes' walk away. Truly enjoyed the room with 2 beds, my bed was nice. The food provided for breakfast was great.

For a 3 star hotel everything was brand-new, I loved to be here. Venue's location was marvellous, to the Phoenix area. Plus, it was next to airport shuttle, and good restaurants.

The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to restaurants and shopping in the Phoenix area. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with essential amenities such as a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The staff is friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist guests. The breakfast is satisfying, offering a variety of options including fresh bacon and eggs. The outdoor seating area, pool, and hot tub provide additional relaxation opportunities.

The hotel has peaceful location next to an industrial area and a pond and Windmills. Furthermore, close to the activity we were in town for.

My favorite property in Surprise. Fairly clean family-run hotel with helpful and excellent staff. Favourable and incredibly comfortable location, very nice area, right by the Phoenix area, the pathway and restaurant.

The rooms were new-fashioned and reasonably large and with great variety of choices. The staff were outstandingly accommodating, efficient. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect for me as it was right by the lake, a pond, and Arizona. Moreover had so much fun by the lake, set 300 feet of the venue.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable beds and stylish room decor at Windmill Suites. The atmosphere in the lobby was relaxing and inviting. The staff were friendly and readily available. The highlight of my stay was the pool, which my kids absolutely loved. I had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience at this Ascend Hotel. I would definitely recommend it to others.
